This is a non-competitive mountain bike event covering miles of natural and purpose built single track, forest roads and bridleways. Local guides are used to tailor the rides to suit all abilities. The event includes a night ride on the Friday evening, early evening activities and a post ride BBQ for the Saturday with live music at the local pubs.

The Bog Triathlon first ran in 2005, following a demand for more dirty fun around our famous Waen Rhydd Bog

The Lord Crawshaw Memorial Walk has been running annually since 1981 in memory of Lt.Col.The Lord Crawshaw of Aintree O.B.E., T.D., D.L.. This one day walk has three routes of 10, 15 or 25 miles. All routes are waymarked and there are certificates and badges for all who finish.
